*** Department Chairs ***   Please remember to submit any agenda items to Doreen Castillo for her approval first.  You may need to give yourself more time to allow Mrs. Castillo to look over the item before she submits it to myself by the 1 week  deadline. 


Any agenda items you wish to submit for this board meeting MUST be submitted to Jeanette Walls no later than 1 week (7 Days) before the scheduled meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. Please plan accordingly. 

CLOSED SESSION at 6:30 p.m. --  OPEN SESSION at 7:00 p.m.
